I posted my opinion on crypto-currency to the cover page of Aug. 27, 2018 issue of the weekly KIN’YU ZAISEI JIJOU (Journal of Financial Affairs), and I also input some comments on the particular feature article of the financial system study group of Financial Services Agency in the same issue of the magazine.
Because a famous essay “Are Banks Special?” written by E. Gerald Corrigan gave me a significant influence in my young days, I was pleased to mention this essay again in the study group to discuss the essential functions which banks perform and how they will change.
